reelport.io stores, per team: the access tokens of the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect, the videos and photos you upload, and your posts with their publishing status. Here is how to delete them.
Disconnect one account
Open Accounts and choose Disconnect next to the channel. Its tokens are deleted immediately, together with posts still scheduled to it.
Delete everything
Open Settings › Profile › Delete account. This deletes your user, every team you own, their connected accounts, tokens, videos and posts. Invoices stay with our payment provider for as long as tax law requires.
Automatic deletion
Uploaded videos and photos are deleted automatically 30 days after their last post finished publishing.
Remove access on the platform
You can also revoke reelport.io’s access on each platform:
- Instagram and Facebook: Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then remove reelport.io.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions.
- Google and YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Revoking access on the platform stops reelport.io from posting there. To delete the tokens and content we hold as well, disconnect the channel or delete your account as described above.
Ask us to delete it
Write to privacy@reelport.io from the email address of your account and we will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
