The calendar shows each post as the 9:16 reel it is, with its time. The queue is a departures board, one per day: what leaves next, what went out with a live link, and what was delayed, with the reason and the fix in plain words.
Times always show the timezone they are in, so a team across two countries reads the same board.

- Title, visibility and the made-for-kids answer YouTube requires. Vertical or square videos up to 3 minutes count as Shorts; we warn you before they don’t.

- Hashtags that fit. Trending tags from today’s most popular YouTube videos in your region. For Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, which publish no trends, your own most-used tags, labelled as such.

Reelport for DaVinci Resolve
The Reelport plugin edits, captions and renders your talking-head videos inside Resolve Studio. Signed in to reelport.io, it schedules the render to your channels without leaving the edit page.
Sign in with a code
Reelport shows a short code and opens reelport.io/device. You check it, pick the team and click Connect. No password ever touches Resolve.
Render and schedule
Pick the channels and a time, or the next free slot, from inside Resolve. The render uploads straight into your queue.
Watch it on the board
The post lands on the same departures board as everything else, with the same rules, retries and results.
Reelport for Claude
The Claude extension signs in the same way and can list your channels, find the next free slots, schedule a render and check how a post did. You say it in a sentence; reelport.io still applies every platform rule.

An API and an MCP server
Script your own pipeline or hand the queue to an agent. Everything the Resolve plugin does runs on the same public endpoints.

Which accounts can I connect?
Any Instagram Professional account (Creator or Business), Facebook Pages you manage, any TikTok account and any YouTube channel. Photos go to Instagram and Facebook; TikTok and YouTube take videos.
Which files can I upload?
Videos as MP4 or MOV up to 1 GB and 10 minutes, photos as JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MB. Each platform’s own limits are checked before you schedule, not after it fails.
What happens if a post fails?
Network hiccups and platform outages are retried automatically, a few times with growing pauses. If a platform refuses a post, the board shows a delay note naming the platform, the reason and what to do, and the team gets an email.
Do my videos stay on your servers?
Only as long as they are needed. Files sit in a private bucket in the EU and are deleted 30 days after their last post went out. You can delete them sooner at any time.
Does my computer need to be on at posting time?
No. Publishing runs on reelport.io’s servers in the EU, at the minute you picked.
Is there a free trial?
7 days with every feature, 1 seat, 2 channels and 10 posts, no card needed. Pick a plan whenever you are ready; nothing is charged before.
How do I cancel?
In Billing › Invoices and payment method, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops renewing.
Can I use it without the Resolve plugin?
Yes. reelport.io is a complete planner in the browser. The plugin, the Claude extension and the API are extra ways to get videos into the same queue.
